MYMOshop will deliver anywhere in the world. If you are in the UK you will pay £59.99 + £4.95 p&p. For the rest of the world, MYMO costs €99 including delivery.
Delivery Time
MYMO shop aim to dispatch your product as quickly as possible, normally well within 28 days. If, however there are any circumstances that result in a delayed delivery time, our customer services dept will contact you to inform you of this and an estimated time of delivery.
Deliveries in the UK will be handled by Royal Mail first class recorded. International orders will be handled by Royal Mail International ‘Signed for Service’.
Return Policy
MYMO carries a 12 month Guarantee.
If your product develops a fault within the first 14 days after delivery, mymoshop will replace your unit automatically. If the unit develops a fault outside this time frame, please send the unit back to our office for testing. If there is a fault we will endevour to repair it and return the unit to you. If it is beyond economic repair, we will replace the unit.
MYMO shop will not replace units that have developed faults due to misuse of the unit, such as, but not limited to drop damage, water damage, accidental damage, fire damage. MYMO shop’s decision on such matters is final.
Refund Terms
MYMO shop will happily provide a full refund if the goods are returned to us in perfect condition if this is done so within 14 days of delivery. Prior to you sending the unit back to us, please contact our customer service department on 08701 600600 or by email info@mymoshop.com. We cannot process a refund if this has not occurred.
MYMOshop will not refund units that are dispatched to a country whose mobile network is not compatible. As outlined in our order page, please ensure that you check that there is a network that uses either 900mHz / 1800 mHz prior to ordering. If you are not sure what frequency your countries mobile phone network uses, please click here.
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department on 08701 600600 or info@mymoshop.com within 48 hours of placing your order. If the unit has already been dispatched MYMOshop will refund only when the unit has been returned to us in perfect working order. We will refund you the price of the unit less our P&P charges.
